Pulp molding naturally creates gaps between fibers. When the bottle is impacted, the pulp support absorbs over 90% of the kinetic energy through its minute deformation, effectively preventing bottle explosion.
Custom molds allow for "corrugated nesting" of irregularly shaped red and white wine bottles. Thickened bottom support and locking mechanisms at the neck ensure zero shaking within the case.
For refrigerated transport of white or red wine, the pulp material absorbs trace amounts of condensation on the bottle, keeping the label dry and preventing labels from wrinkling, molding, or peeling off.
Compared to plastic, pulp has some heat insulation properties, mitigating the impact of drastic changes in ambient temperature on the quality of the wine (especially red wine). 3. Visual Prestige: A Natural "Luxury Feel"
High-end baijiu (such as the cultural and creative versions of Moutai and Wuliangye) now widely use unbleached pulp trays. This "rough, natural feel" better reflects environmental friendliness, high-end quality, and cultural heritage than cheap plastic trays.
The tray surface can be molded with very fine brand emblems. This textured, three-dimensional effect is the first "visual magnet" when opening the baijiu gift box.
The trays can be tightly nested when empty. 1000 sets of pulp trays have a volume only 1/5 to 1/7 that of traditional EPS foam, significantly reducing the warehousing and transportation costs for wineries.
